Payment Policy:

  • To secure your reservation for the tour, please make a 30% payment towards the total cost. The remainder of the balance is due 90 days before the tours start date. Please ensure timely payment to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
  • Any cancellation up to 60 Days prior to arrival date: 10% of tour fare charge.
  • Any cancellation between 59 Days – 45 Days prior to arrival date: 30% of tour fare charge.
  • Any cancellation between 44 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge.
  • Any cancellation less than 30 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour fare charge.
  • In the event that cancellations lead to a reduction in the group size below the established minimum requirement of 6 paying participants, we retain the option to implement the following measures:
  • (a) We may choose to modify accommodations, adjust the itinerary, or alter provided services in order to mitigate costs while ensuring the continuity of the program.
  • (b) Alternatively, we may opt to impose an additional charge, calculated based on the actual expenses incurred for the final number of participants, to cover any shortfall resulting from the reduced group size.
  • (c) Cancel the trip.
