- High-Altitude Passes: The route tests your mettle with multiple mountain passes, including the lush Jalori Pass (3,120m) and the formidable Kunzum La (4,590m), which acts as the gateway between Lahaul and Spiti.

Important Note:
- Check-in Policy: The standard check-in time is 12 noon. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
- Minimum Group Strength: A minimum of 10 riders and for SUV minimum 6 pax is required to operate one group. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a group if the minimum rider strength is not met. OR we will withdraw all service or any of Tour Marshal, Mechanic, Backup Vehicle, Fuel for Bikes etc. (depending upon no of persons enroll in tour).
- Itinerary Changes: The day-wise itinerary may be subject to change based on traffic schedules, road restrictions, or unforeseen events.
- Leaving the Group: Should a group member wish to leave the tour prematurely, they are responsible for the transportation cost of the bike from the point of departure to the tour endpoint.
- Documentation: All group members must carry a valid ID proof, and a driving license is mandatory.
- Luggage Policy: Guests are responsible for the safety of their own luggage. Only backpacks are allowed, with a maximum weight of 50 liters per person. Additional luggage will incur a charge of INR 500 per Kg.
- Liability for Damages: Any damage or accident caused by a group member to others' property or persons during the tour is the financial responsibility of the individual.
- Any damage to bike, will payable before end of tour. Damages also includes damage due to poor riding skills (burning of Clutch Plates), damage due to any misshape or accident.
- Any resulting additional expenses due to unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Tour Operator or its partners/hotels.
- If there are less than 8 riders, then we will withdraw all or some of services like Fuel for Bikes, Marshal, Backup Vehicle and Mechanic support service depending upon no of participants enrolled / continue the tour.
- If there is any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither we nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
- We have right to change the dates of departure within 20 days of given date to you due to insufficient participant or any other reasons.
- We are not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, strike of union, religious matters, natural phenomena etc. participant has to pay additional cost for stay / backup / mechanic / bike rental / fuel and no refund will be given on any of stay cancelled / rescheduled.
- We or any of its service providers would not be liable in any case for any mishap/ loss etc. The participant agrees to join this trip entirely at his own risk.
- General size Helmet will be provided (used one, not new) and wearing a helmet is mandatory. We suggest client gets their own helmets for their own comfort and safety, as we provides general size used helmets which may be not fit to you and visors may be not up to mark.
- All guests will be responsible for safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing / lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bags to carry all expensive things with you.
General Terms & Conditions:
- To reserve a slot, pay ₹5000/person when booking the trip Balance payment due 20 days before the tour starts. (out of which 1000/person will be non refundable for office expenses)
- Supplement cost for Double Sharing Rs. 2,000 and Single Sharing Rs.10,000 per person.
- Children above 9 yrs are considered adults and charged full. Below 9 years will be shared bed with their parents and charged for food and transportation.
- Bike and slot preferences are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Confirm slot availability with our team before booking flights.
- Pending payments may result in trip cancellation. (In pending payment situation no refund will be entertain).
Cancellation Policy:
- Booking amount of ₹1000/- Per Person is non refundable.
- 25% charge if cancelled before 25 days of the tour departure
- 50% cancellation charges if cancelled 15 days before the tour
- No refund if cancelled within 15 days of departure
- No refund once the tour has started.
Rescheduling Policy:
- In case you are unable to travel as planned & need to reschedule your date of Travel
- Before 20 Days from the Date of Travel - One Time Complimentary
- Within 20 Days from the Date of Travel - The cost of rescheduling need to be paid by guest subject to amendment charges from hotels & Transporters
- Rescheduling will only accepted on email.
